Furina Guide
Furina
An account-upgrade monster who turns already-good teams into absolute nonsense.
Furina is still the kind of support that makes a decent roster feel rich. If you already own or plan to build healers, she buffs multiple teams so hard that the account starts feeling illegal.
Version 6.4 live, 6.5 announced
Live:Skirk and Escoffier are live in Phase 2 of 6.4 until April 7, 2026.
Next:Linnea and Chasca lead 6.5 Phase 1, followed by Lauma and Nefer reruns.
Instant Tech
Treat Energy Recharge as a baseline check before chasing premium substats.
Always pair her with a healer whose sustain rhythm matches your rotation length.
In mixed-investment teams, buff your strongest damage slot first to maximize her value.
Strengths
- Extremely high team-wide damage amplification.
- Fits a large number of serious endgame teams.
- Rewards accounts that already own or plan to build strong healers.
Weaknesses
- Wants clean healing support to unlock full value.
- Can feel awkward in underbuilt rosters with weak sustain.
- Not the easiest plug-and-play unit for completely fresh accounts.
Common Mistakes
- Building for personal damage while ignoring burst consistency.
- Running her without dependable healing and blaming rotation damage.
- Using her in teams with conflicting field-time demands.
Build Plan
Build Priority
Hit the Energy Recharge check first so her burst is always online, then stack the stats that keep the buff train rolling. If the rotation gets crusty, her value drops fast.
Gear Focus
Gear her like a smart grinder, not a highlight reel goblin. Lock uptime first, then start layering in personal damage and extra team juice.
Premium Team
Pair Furina with a real healer and a carry who loves free team-wide damage. She pops off hardest when every slot is doing work instead of forcing scuffed sustain patches.
Budget Team
Use her with a dependable healer, one steady off-field damage piece, and a driver who can actually cash in on all that Hydro chaos.
Rotation tip: Open with healer setup, trigger Furina skill and burst, then cycle through off-field damage before returning to your main carry during full buff uptime.
Upgrade order: Burst first, skill second, normal attacks last unless you are committing to a niche on-field variation.
Dupes: Early dupes improve quality of life and ceiling, but base ownership already delivers the reason to pull her. She is not a dupe-dependent support.
Verdict
Furina is still one of the smartest pulls in Genshin if your roster can meet the healer tax. She scales with your account, buffs a ton of teams, and keeps feeling cracked long after the honeymoon phase ends.
